The meals are excellent!We understand that the fishing is just part of the overall experience! Our new Executive Chef Tom Clukey is here to please! Here are a few of the menu's you might enjoy this summer!

Duck Taquitos With Queso Fresco, enjoyed over looking the river, followed by Rock Shrimp Over Corn Cakes With Chipotle Coconut Sauce, in our private dinning room, then can you imagine Steak and Potato Stuffed Poblano's Served over Black Bean Puree With A Mushroom Tamale And Tomato Butter.   Finish off your night with a cup of our custom blended and roasted coffee and a sliver of Mexican Chocolate Torte, we try to give everyone a little taste of New Mexico one night.

Quality you won't find elsewhereWhite Bean Dip With Pancetta & Herbs fresh from our herb and vegetable garden. Then join us in the dinning room for Steamed Mussels With Coriander allow us to blow you away with our Porter Braised Short Ribs With Whipped Sweet Potato And Fried Brussel Sprouts. Finish off your night with a hot cup of our custom coffee and enjoy a Grapefruit & Pomegranate Tart

Professional Chef on StaffHere are some sample menus from last year.  This is just a sampling of what we do for dinners each night --  Appetizer: Traditional Japanese pork dumplings with a sesame oil and rice wine vinegar dipping sauce.   Salad: Classic Caesar with baby romaine hearts tossed with goat cheese and basil oil. Entrée: Sautéed chicken breast with tarragon sauce and potato gnocchi in a whole mustard glaze. Chefs' choice vegetable. Dessert: Strawberry shortcake napoleon with port wine, raspberry, and chocolate infused mousse.  Or another sample -- Appetizer: House made French bread bruschetta with goat cheese and white bean relish. Salad: Mixed micro greens with buffalo mozzarella, vine ripened tomatoes and balsamic vinaigrette. Entrée: House cut grilled rib eye steak with sauce Béarnaise, Yukon gold bleu cheese whipped potatoes and chefs' choice vegetable.
